We built our personas based on two target audiences. With the research and information collected, we conducted a survey to understand the needs and behaviors of the potential users.

ideate

We believe that our book subscription service will provide people access to different cultures and voices from Latin America. Through stories, readers will connect with different countries and discover contemporary landscapes and cultures. Líneas del Sur is more than a book subscription service, but also a community and a book club where readers are able to exchange comments, quotes and ideas about the books - in person and online.

We will know this to be true when people start subscribing and engaging in the website through the online features we propose along with the books.
